Great way to fall asleep or if I need help returning to sleep

I feel I can always count on Sleep Wave to focus on relaxation to quickly sleep and return to asleep when I wake up to use the bathroom.

Best sleep ap ever

I have tried many sleep meditation and sleep story apps and this is the best by far.
I rarely get listen to the whole episodeZ.

Best sleep

To be honest I have had a had amazing sleep since listening! Honest truth nothing compares to Sleep Wave. My favourite episodes are when you get in tune with your breathing and your body ! Thank you Sleep Wave!!!!😊✨
