Mark embodies Kabat-Zinn’s acceptance of life
A wonderful step by step way to live in our hectic world as well as the individual ups and downs we experience daily. The author and narrator engage me holding my attention long enough to give me peace.

A great introduction to meditation!
I have really enjoyed this audio book. It is helpful without being too long or complicated. If you are interested in getting into meditation this book is the perfect place to start.
The narrator has the most soothing calming voice and I enjoy the short daily meditation sessions.

no chapter titles??
I like this book but the lack of chapters titles makes it significantly less usable as a guide for practicing mindfulness
