    Amazing guide to meditate

    One of the best books for learning Buddhist meditation. It feels like you are in a Private session with Pema herself! She has such a calming voice and talks so clearly that anyone would enjoy. #Audible1

    practicing meditation

    sessions are wonderful. Pema Chordon wisdom and guidance was in detailed. loved it. it would be better to break the sessions into even smaller sessions to practice daily.

    Great book!

    I listen to this over and over at bedtime and it always gets me focussed on the present. Great tips and funny bits too. Highly relaxing and relatable.
