About this listen
Droka
A warrior owns what he is able to take. And I take her. She's trembling in a closet, hiding from the raiding party invading her human settlement. Hiding from me. I collar her. I own her. She's mine by law.
As the Captain of the Imperial Guard, I've sworn a solemn oath to have no mate, sire no offspring. Oath-breakers are traitors, executed without a second thought. Let them try. I'll beat them all for a chance to claim my mate.

I just want to go home. Except, I don't have one. These alien bastards burned it to the ground. And the biggest bastard of them all put a collar around my neck. He parades me around on the end of a leash like I'm his newest pet.
My clothes are torn, and my body is exposed, and there's about 100 alien warriors looking at me like they can't wait to have a turn. He keeps me safe from the horde. I'm his lawful captive, his property - and he doesn't want to share. But will he fight this hard to protect me when he finds out who I really am?
Contains mature themes.

Great story.
Great story ... amazing book in the series or as a standalone. Narrators brought some dark and steamy energy. Passionate from start to finish can't wait for the next book.

Stupid
This book is about the alien princes’s friend that we met in the first book, he was sent as like a double agent to kill the rebellion’s leader (this guy apparently is like the top general yet no one will recognize his face so he can play spy? And oops he accidentally goes on the wrong ship 🙄 ya this is stupid)
Of course being the general he has made a vow to never take a wife or have a child, again seems stupid. He finds a husband female and tries to save her from being raped by literally an army of men 🤢 because just like book 1 they think of women as nothing more then a hole. *⚠️Trigger Warning ⚠️ * these books are brutal for there sexual violence against women or threats of violence ⚠️*
He has her taken from him then he get her back, she has to come with him as he tries to protect there food source from the bad aliens.
He saves the day but she’s taken away again & put up on the auction block and almost raped until he saves the day.
If course he’s best friend being the prince he could fire him from his one job where he couldn’t marry to a new job where he could.
Oh and our girl figured out within a couple hours of being on his planet how to successfully grow crops in the soil, something which his people couldn’t figure out for thousands of years? Seriously? That just seemed so stupid.
Such an advanced civilization yet they never tried to help their females or try to find out how they could grow crops…. 🙄
