About this listen
Honor, courage, and commitment: three things that Jesse Carter has lost.
A former marine, Jesse used to stand proud of his achievements and live by the code. But when circumstance made him question everything he believed in, those most basic values didn't feel so important after all.
Sex, lies, and the Knights Rebels: three things that Jesse Carter has found.
Reborn into a brotherhood not so different from the one he left behind, Jesse finds it all too easy to block out his past and claim the role as the Rebels' fun-loving player - until he meets Bell.
Shy, awkward, and with troubles of her own, Bell Johnson is no stranger to hiding her pain. When Jesse forces himself into her life, she's at risk of her defenses crumbling. Does Bell have the strength to survive Jesse and his demons, or is she fated to become another casualty in the self-destruction of Jesse Carter?
Contains mature themes.

Frustratingly good!
Excellent Narration! I could have rang the maim characters' necks a few times and I wish we got more closure and heard more about the sister, especially in the end but all in all it was a good book!!

Another great story!
I am loving these books in this series but Jessie was a little to much of an ass for me to really fall for him especially with him constantly referring to the women he had been with as bitches or pussy.
Over all it was another great storyline and it ends with a little of a cliffhanger setting us up for the next book

Female narrator is a nay for me
I like Joe Arden, but female narrator is way too slow in delivery. She sounds like sipping a drink or swallowing her saliva at times, and other times she pauses to breathe into the mic as if thinking or waiting for something. This is so frustrating and totally hit on my nerves and ruined the experience for me.

Loved and hated Jessie
This series has an unexpected choke hold on me. Cannot get enough.
Jessie! God how I loved him but hated him at the same time.
I did also like Belle but felt that she forgave Jessie way to easy. The shit he said to her…ya he needed to gravel a bit more.
However I’m happy they each found there happy at the end.

Could literally feel what these characters were feeling.
Enjoyed every second of this book. Slow and sweet burn in the beginning. Then fire! 🔥 Highly recommend. If you enjoyed the first few books you will love this one.

Aurgh!!! Frustrating
The story is great. Love hearing this side of the MC helping and being saviours. Jesse is not surprising, being the whore of the bunch his back story isn't shocking but truly sad what horrors they come back with.
Love Joe Arden, he never disappoints. Lidia Dornet is frustrating in the way she reads. its like her words are pooled with saliva and every word is spoken angrily and curt.
