Publisher's Summary

The crowns of Forsyth Royalty aren’t built with jewels. They’re forged in blood and sacrifice.

The Lords never expected Story Austin to walk back into their life.

They certainly never thought she’d rise to be their Queen.

But they aren’t the only Royals in Forsyth.

The Dukes are known for winning with their fists, but transforming Lavinia Lucia from the Kings’ captive to their unwilling Duchess will be their biggest match yet.

The saga continues in book four of the contemporary, dark, reverse harem romance Royals of Forsyth series, where the Duke’s reign will be one of Ruin, Fury and Madness.

A Riveting Dive into Darkness and Desperation

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

**Heat Level: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥**

*The Royals of Forsyth University #4*

"Dukes of Ruin" by Angel Lawson & Samantha Rue marks the beginning of the second trilogy in the gripping Royals of Forsyth series. From the very first page, readers are thrust into a world of intrigue, sacrifice, and undeniable passion.

The narrative, although initially pacing itself with a deliberate and somewhat slow burn, unleashes a darkness distinct from the first trilogy. It's a departure that captures attention and sets the stage for an excruciatingly intense journey.

As the story unfolds, the authors masterfully weave a tale of rebellion, sacrifice, and the brutal consequences of being entangled in the tumultuous world of Forsyth Royalty. The characters are not just mere entities on paper; they're vessels for emotion, conduits for pain, and conduits for passion.

The climax of the book delivers an emotional upheaval that transcends the pages. It's a visceral experience, leaving the reader in a state of desperation, mirroring the characters' struggles. The ability of Lawson and Rue to evoke such profound emotions is nothing short of magical.

"Dukes of Ruin" is undeniably an 'ugly cry' kind of book, where the pain and longing penetrate deep into the reader's soul. The unpredictability of the narrative keeps you on the edge, and just when you think you've grasped the reins, the story takes an unexpected turn.

This installment sets the stage for what promises to be an enthralling continuation of the Royals of Forsyth saga. The anticipation for the next book is palpable, fueled by the need to unravel the mysteries and discover the fate of the characters we've come to invest our emotions in.

In summary, "Dukes of Ruin" is a five-star masterpiece that earns its stripes in the dark romance genre. With a narrative that ignites passion and a conclusion that leaves hearts aching, it's a testament to the authors' ability to craft a story that transcends the ordinary. The Royals of Forsyth have entered a new era, and readers are left eagerly awaiting the madness, peril, and ruin promised in the next chapter of this captivating series.

Slow Intense Burn

I loved the previous books and so I was super excited to start this one. At first it was difficult to get into because of the intense themes of sex-gore which started the book off with violence and sexual assault. I would say that it was more consensual than the beginning of book 1. The characters of this book were done really well and the different character arch’s were fantastic.

The female narrator was excellent and the story did progress really nicely. I am excited for the next book to see how this story continues to play out.

Still.. I can't seem to get enough! Whats wrong with me?!

I don't think I have the words to describe the horrors this girl went ..and still goes through. I can't breath when I think about that chest 😳 Read your TW guys cause this book is rough, disgusting child abuse ( and still happening as adult) Dark?! Seems like not enough of a word for this book. The dukes I can handle..the c∆nts not so much. The lords were child play compared to these guys though! Enoy 😅

This book broke something in me

Something about the last two hours of this book broke me. Listening to her heart wrenching experience and how the actor portrayed it made my insides weak. The performances are suburb. I won’t say too much more because I’ll spoil it but just know that if you have triggers this book will affect you. I don’t have triggers and it still got to me a bit. The writing is phenomenal and the emotions are so real you feel like you are in the room watching it all unfold. But it. It’s worth it.
