The Gray Castle research facility has been studying Susan, a prehistoric woman entombed in a layer of ice. But when the lead researcher Mike decides to investigate a curious green bubble inside, he releases a gas into the air that starts a series of changes. He's growing, he's becoming a woman, but the same is also happening to Susan. She wakes up, now a twelve-foot giantess.
As Mike comes to terms with his own body, and his infatuation with Susan, he will discover that it's fun being big. The other researchers become sexual pawns as the giantesses continue to get bigger and bigger....
