About this listen

I never should've agreed to this arrangement....

Thirty days ago, my boss, Mr. Wolf of Wall Street, came to me with an offer I couldn't refuse: Sign my name on the dotted line and pretend to be his fiancée for one month. If I agreed, he would let me out of my employment contract with a "very generous" severance package.

The rules were pretty simple: No intimate kissing, no actual sex. Just pretend to love each other for the press, even though I've secretly wanted to knock that sexy smirk off his face since the first day we met. I definitely didn't need to think twice about this. I signed my name and started counting down the seconds to when I would never have to deal with his special brand of assholery again. I made it only to one minute....

We argued the entire four-hour flight to his hometown and failed to make a convincing impression with the welcoming press, and right when I was about to knock that arrogant look off his face in real life? He purposely dropped his bath towel in front of me, distracting me with his nine-inch cock to "show me who the bigger person was" in our relationship. Then he gave me his trademark smirk once again and asked if I wanted to consummate our marriage.

Tragically, this is only day one. We still have 29 more days to go....

Good but not enough sex

I just found Whitney G and I can’t get enough of her books. This is the fifth book I’ve listen to and I keep wanting more. However, this book is okay, the tension between the main characters is good but not her best and feels rushed. It also doesn’t have as much sex as I like. If your looking for great fiery tension and lots of sex check out her novels Mr Weston or Reasonable doubt. Forget you Ethan is also good, like the sex in it. but its focused on collage age characters and being in my 30s I like stories that have characters out of their college years. I also love how sexy Zackary Webber’s voice is and his character portrayal is amazing. Erin Mallon also does a great job,as always, drawing you into the story as if the character she plays is a real person. If you love romance books and want a quick book that doesn’t have lots of sex then this is the right book for you. Happy listening 🙂!

Absolutely fabulous

You can never go wrong when the narrators are Erin and Zachary. Both are the best. The most amazing voices and so sexy. I could hear them recite the alphabet and enjoy them.
Too short. I wanted more.

Oh and Whitney did a bang up job writing this too.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 5 stars all the way.

More Than Appearances

3.5
This was a fun, summer read. It’s short and “lite”. I loved Nicholas and Emily – they have good chemistry and their banter is witty. I looked forward to every time they were together to see what they were going to say or do. They are well developed characters who are relatable. Ryan did a good job of showing multiple sides of these characters.

I enjoyed this story and wanted more – more of the story, more of the characters, and more of their backstory. There wasn’t enough of that for me – which is the nature of a shorter story. I wish there had been an epilogue – I love seeing beloved characters during their HEA, hopefully years later.

I listened to this book and enjoyed the narrators. They did a good job and were easy to follow.
