Life coach. Stoic. Author. The road has not been easy for Adrian Winship. He struggled with ADHD since he was a child and spent most of his youth feeling disorganized and distracted with a father who raised him through disciplinary schools and priests to try to solve the issue-albeit incorrectly. After attempting suicide, he was admitted to a psychiatric hospital and was officially diagnosed with combined ADHD. He met the love of his life. After 9 months of having met her, she exited this world. Adrian felt depressed. But, with the knowledge he gained from his own independent research on his condition and with what his psychologist coached him on, Adrian was able to change his life for the better. He wanted to understand the mind and how it works so he could help people. He studied neuroplasticity and it helped him overcome his depression. Sometime later, Adrian stumbled upon Stoicism and was instantly hooked. The teachings he gathered from Stoic philosophy has helped him to start living life and to stop fearing things he cannot control. Now, he helps and coaches people in his local area. He also writes books to share the knowledge he has gained over the years. In loving memory of Sarah, who gave me some of the best highlights of my life.
