Adrián Yépez, a nutrition and fitness expert, is an influential leader in promoting healthy lifestyles. Adrián grew up in a middle-class Ecuadorian family. Despite a happy childhood surrounded by family and food, Adrián began to struggle with overweight at an early age, a struggle that would lead him on a journey of self-discovery and learning that would change his life. In his teens, Adrián tried various methods to lose weight, from eliminating certain types of food to trying "miracle" solutions. Although he had some temporary success, he always regained the lost weight. Finally, in 2010, he made the decision to learn to live well, to understand how his body worked and how he could properly nourish it to achieve his goals. This decision not only allowed him to lose 80 pounds and gain 20 pounds of muscle, but it also drove his professional career and his passion for helping others. Armed with two Master's degrees, in Nutrition and Dietetics and in Sports Nutrition, and a specialization in fitness nutrition from the ISSA, Adrián has accumulated a remarkable portfolio of professional achievements. He is the creator of the brand Planeta Fit, author of the book "Yo Fit", Nutritional and Fitness Advisor, and CEO of Adrian Yepez Nutrition & Fitness, Inc. In addition, he is the co-founder of Sphera Fitness and a professor of nutrition for fitness. Adrián has dedicated himself to changing lives through his online consultations and talks around the world, sharing his personal experience and expert knowledge in nutrition and fitness. His focus is on teaching people how proper nutrition can lead to deep and lasting changes, not only in their physical appearance but also in their health, vitality, and confidence.
