Hey there! I'm Alejandra Nogales. I started writing books on anxious attachment because it caused me a lot of pain and I couldn’t find the proper resources to help me grow and become more secure of myself. At the beginning it was tough, I had to deal with high levels of anxiety, stressful relationships, many therapy sessions, read psychology books and find healthy ways to cope with my anxious attachment. As I started to understand myself more, I was able to become secure and loving towards myself and eventually I discovered I wasn’t the only one suffering from anxious attachment. Knowing there are others in the same journey as me inspired me to write books to share insights from my journey of self-discovery and resilience. Please read my books with an open mind in order to get the most out of the information shared in my books since is meant to guide and help you into a more secure attachment. We all wish for healthier, happier relationships so I’m sharing my experiences like I would with a close friend.
