Angela West-Brown is a Educational Life Coach, Consultant, Author, and Educational Empowerment Speaker. Her passion for America’s intellectually disabled youth and prospective college students, grades nine through twelve, are driven by first-hand experience covered in her book, "Lost and Found" of what happens when there are no strategic plans in place before graduation for our youth. She is driven to provide solutions for parents and relatives who are affected by unforeseen barriers faced by intellectually disabled students after high school. Angela West-Brown has worked in University Financial Aid and Admissions Services, Department of Family and Children's Services and the (ABD ) Aged, blind, disabled unit collectively for over 6+ years. She has a Master's degree in Liberal Studies/English, a Bachelor's in Sociology and a Graduate Certification in Adult Learning Education. Angela is currently completing (ICF)International Life Coach Certification training. She currently works as a Corporate Life Coach for Caresource State of Georgia Medicaid healthcare. She has a rich background in Higher Education, Social Services, and Educational Strategic planning in order to provide exceptional service while meeting the needs of transitioning youth.
