web site: www.arthurmagida.com Arthur J. Magida's newest book, Code Name Madeleine: A Sufi Spy in Nazi-Occupied Paris (W.W. Norton) is a deeply researched history and a thrilling tribute to Noor Inayat Khan, Britain's most unlikely secret agent during the Second World War. His op-eds have appeared in major newspapers around the country and he has free-lanced for such publications as Conde Nast Traveler, Travel & Leisure, Tikkun, and Geo, Islands and Historic Preservation magazines.
