Brown's 2020 book, "Sportscasting 101," takes aspiring broadcasters and sports fans through the mechanics of broadcasting preparation and the careers of many successful sports voices. All of the Astros broadcasters on radio and television are featured in the book, as well as some of the top veterans in other sports. You can read about basketball, football, hockey and soccer broadcasters as well as a top talent evaluator and some high school and college educators as well.
