Hey, my name is Brittany! I’m a Mental Health Therapist, a wife to a wonderful entrepreneurial husband who owns his own lawn care and snow removal business, mommy to two beautiful babies, owner of a Private Practice Therapy Center (Solace Counseling) and a 13 year Veteran of the Air Force. I use my education, knowledge and life experiences to create helpful videos for a variety of people. I am passionate about reducing the stigma of mental health, by spreading awareness and education about mental wellness. When I’m not helping clients at my private practice, I’m beating my husband in catching the biggest fish, narrating audiobooks, spending time with my family, and nerding out over YouTube videos.
