Although C. L. Blackburn was born in Toronto, Ontario, after age 10 she was raised in Los Angeles during the golden age of Hollywood surrounded during her youth by those movie-making icons we only hear or read about today. She also became an actress/dancer/choreographer performing in many Screen/Stage productions in Los Angeles and New York. While on a trip through New England Tobi met her future husband, Frank. Together they lived and raised their family in New Hampshire. In the mid-1990s they moved to Florida, but not to retire. C. L. Blackburn became the President and CEO of a litigation and engineering consultant firm in Florida. Then in 2000 she wrote her first novel “Victorial Chase: Silent Justice”. She has several novels started but has yet to finish her second novel. They will eventually all be available -- but for now the readers who love good mysteries should certainly enjoy Victoria Chase: Silent Justice".
