He is the managing principal of Launch Development Finance Advisors and previously was co-founder and managing principal of a national real estate consulting firm for 27 years. Carter is a full member of the Urban Land Institute, Valley Partnership, and is a member of numerous building industry associations in Arizona, California, Idaho, and Texas.
