Catherine is a late discovered autistic psychotherapist, and also the founder and host of popular podcast and community ‘The Late Discovered Club’, which has has an ever growing global community currently in over 120 countries. The podcast was ranked the number one podcast for 'Female Autism' in the world by FeedSpot in 2023 and season 4 is coming in 2025. Catherine is also a 2 x times breast cancer survivor, and wrote her first book ‘Rediscovered’ whilst undergoing treatment. Her second book 'When The Body Says Enough' which is the late discovered woman's guide to burnout, recovery and coming home to yourself will be published in 2026 by JKP. She lives in Ilkley, West Yorkshire in the UK with her multiply neurodivergent children. Asta (which means ‘divine strength’) is the middle name Catherine gifted to herself in her 30’s to honour her strength, her danish heritage and her love of all things scandi.
