Charley Elgin is the founder and executive director of Pathfinder Mission, a faith based non-profit ministry. Charley's passion is encouraging Christians in their faith and practice. Charley and his wife, Martie, have been in ministry since 1993 and on the mission field since 2005. Prior to that Charley served over 17 years in the Army, while an enlisted soldier as a radio operator, and while an officer as a helicopter pilot. During those years, he served in 2 major conflicts, Vietnam and Desert Storm. As of 2019, he has been married to Martie for 47 years, has three children and 8 grandchildren. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and both a Master's Degree in Military Science from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University. He has published one book, Where Faith Is Waiting, and is currently writing a companion Study Guide. The study guide should be released in mid-March 2019. an audio version is in development and will be available on Audible, Amazon and iTunes in late April 2019. Charley has written over 1,860 articles on his BLOG, Just Pressing On which just surpassed 98,000 page views.
