CLARA ALVES was always passionate about books. She studied journalism and worked in the publishing market for years, but gave up everything to live her major dream: being a full-time writer. Her first published novel, the Brazilian best-seller Conectadas, has sold more than 100,000 copies. She's also the author of London On My Mind, published in the US by Scholastic, and short stories published in anthologies and on Amazon KDP. Clara was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, where she still spends her days watching, reading and writing cliché heartwarming love stories.
