After trying for some time to break into the comic book industry with his artwork, D.A. decided to focus on writing instead. A former NFL and entertainment columnist, D.A.’s most recent books include the cozy murder mystery Death of a Scholar (Holly Reynolds Mysteries Book 1) and the horror/crime novel Salvation. D.A. signed with KGHH Publishing in May 2017, then co-founded Poe Boy Publishing in 2020, and signed with Editingle Indie House in 2022.
