Debbie Sardone is a popular speaker, author, business consultant, cleaning industry consultant and trainer, and small business owner. Described as a “serial entrepreneur” she owns several successful businesses, including Buckets & Bows Maid Service in Texas, one of the largest, most successful and most recognized maid service companies in the US. Debbie is also the founder of the national nonprofit, Cleaning For A Reason, through which she has helped 28,000 women undergoing cancer treatments to receive free house cleanings. Known as 'The Maid Coach", Debbie uses her 30+ years of business experience and expertise to coach and train maid service businesses all over the world. She offers one-on-one coaching and mentoring, live group coaching, video training and more to help residential cleaning business owners get out of the field and create profits and success. She is the creator of Cleaning Business Fundamentals training, a complete system for starting a successful maid service and hosts regularly sold out live events such as Speed Cleaning For The Pros and her popular Field Trips. Debbie also owns, with her husband Steve, Speed Cleaning. Made famous by best-selling author and house cleaning guru Jeff Campbell, Steve and Debbie bought Speed Cleaning (and The Clean Team Catalog) from Jeff in 2010. They manufacture premium eco-friendly cleaning products and ship cleaning equipment and tools all over the world from their warehouse in Texas. Debbie and Steve also own the rights to all of Jeff Campbell's cleaning books and continue to print and sell them to people still interested in Jeff's methods for quick, efficient house cleaning, methods that Debbie's maid service business uses every day. Jeff and Debbie have collaborated many times to deliver training workshops, co-author books for professional cleaners using the Speed Cleaning principles and host a set of DVDs too. Debbie is the author of Barternomics, co-author of Speed Cleaning For The Pros and creator and host of several DVDs on the Speed Cleaning system for home and professional cleaners. She is a frequent contributor to TV and radio stations, appears often in print as 'the cleaning expert' always ready with useful tips, and speaks around the world about creating and growing businesses. She was honored in 2016 as one of L'Oreal's Top 10 Women of Worth. Debbie is obsessed with leadership effectiveness and helping businesses achieve legendary service.
