Prior to his time at Model B, he received high marks for taking over a struggling media planning team at Quotient, boosting key metrics within six months, and growing the team from six members to sixteen members. He also started a new office for PEP in Minneapolis, MN, servicing General Mills. Doug is a graduate of UC and in his free time enjoys music, basketball, and spending time exploring with his family, including his wife Stefanie and their two amazing sons, Isaac and Lucas.
