Dr. Brandon Green is a pseudonym, or pen name, for the author who wishes to remain anonymous. The author is an Attending Surgeon at a large city Level 1 Trauma Center. The surgeon teaches residents and fellows, is involved in research and publications, and speaks at medical conferences.
