I am American, born and raised in Readfield, Maine, married young with three beautiful children by my first wife, Patti, who moved to Heaven in 2018. Since then, the Lord has brought another wonderful lady, Donna, to me for which I am grateful. Before entering medical school in 1976 I worked in a variety of jobs including police work and banking. I actively practiced medicine fulltime until March 2016 in the specialty of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. I was saved late in life 1985, although I was raised in a Christian home. I always knew there was a call to teaching and ministry which I entered more fully in about 2003 and wrote my first book in 2007.
