Dr. Richard A. Olson is a Doctor of Chiropractic and Acupuncturist. Kids call him Dr. Batman. He was born in Moline, Illinois. Richard' s grew up in automotive care repair and supply businesses that his family started in the 1930's. Which made him a car enthusiast, having corvettes and muscle cars. His father was a band leader where Richard learned to drummed, becoming a professional rock drummer. He practiced mixed martial arts, played sports, and was a bodybuilder. He is the author of the 1930’s Nick Stihl Private Investigator series, set in Peoria, Illinois, the original Sin City. It was the time of the famous Shelton gang, gambling, vaudeville, and burlesque. Richard's hero of Tomorrow is Scott Lund, a U.S. Border Patrol agent set in the near future, a hero that men want to be like, women want to be with, and children look up to. In these super adventures, Scott saves the U.S. President-twice, saves the world and fights against Mexican drug cartels. Richard’s family consists of a wonderful wife, Angela who is Richard’s angel. He treasures being a father of three children, two grandchildren and has a giant white dog named Rambo. Outdoors are important to Richard, who enjoys swimming, bicycling, boating, bonfires, and golf. Richard is a reader just like you. He has spent a lifetime reading old and new books, pulp magazines, and comics. He still reads and now he also listens to Audible, to keep current. He enjoys to old radio shows, watches film de noir movies, westerns, sci-fi, and vintage TV shows. Water is another big part of his life and heritage being Scandinavian. Richard has lived on an island, the Mississippi, and Illinois Rivers, three lakes and a pond with frogs the size of ducks. The Lord comes first. We are to love and serve people. Richard was raised in the Missouri Lutheran Church and believes in the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
