E. T. Simpson is a Newark NJ native which she affectionately calls the “World’s Stage of Realness!” She explains that Newark is the reason why she loves Art, works hard, has a ridiculous sense of humor and a never-give-up attitude. She says Failing-Up has been her best lesson in life. She is an alum of Arts High School where she majored in Telecommunications, a school that supports the differences amongst students, allowing her to evolve, fail, and succeed. She holds a BA in English from Kean University as well as a MA in Strategic Communication from Seton Hall University. She has a successful career in organizational development with 15 years serving nonprofit community organizations as well as nationally recognized brands. To date, she has raised over 8 million dollars over the years in support of organizations that serve underserved youth, in the areas of Education, Arts, and Civil Advocacy. E.T. Simpson created her useful quick guide books, after major life events and milestones. Now Approaching life having worked to diligently work on herself, she decided to share with everyone useful tips and tricks that apply to TODAY’s life. Ebony spends her spare time with her partner and two children while running passion-based businesses. She runs a small grant writing freelance company, Simpson Grant Writing/Consulting, and an online T-shirt company SHADE TEA TEES LLC. She enjoys a robust family life full of laughter, ups, downs, and wonderful lazy Sundays.
