For several decades, Ernest Llynn "El" Lotecka has been involved with quality of life enhancement as a success coach, psychosocial counselor, development researcher, program director, and managerial consultant. His degrees are from Drexel University (Bachelors Commerce & Engineering Management), University of Pennsylvania (Masters Psychology), and Union Institute & University/Duquesne University (Doctorate Social-Clinical Psychology). He has worked for a wide variety of educational organizations and universities; local, state, and federal agencies; small, medium, and very large businesses as well as individuals, couples, and families. After traveling the world, El has lived in California for the innovative and diverse culture.
