Elizabeth helps leaders, teams, and organizations navigate and evolve through constant change, leveraging strengths and working through barriers to achieve higher performance. Her curious, intuitive and practical nature, plus broad business experience, creates a powerful blend of vision and action. Grounded in neuroscience, she simplifies the overwhelming concept of "change management" into practical actions, building capability and confidence so leaders can manage the project and people side of change. Simple frameworks, tools to track progress, and powerful conversations fuel the positive, forward movement her clients have experienced. Elizabeth's first book, FORWARD: Leading Your Team Through Change, published by John Hunt Publishing, emerged from her belief that transformation doesn't have to be complicated. She is passionate about helping leaders, teams, and organizations navigate and evolve through constant change in the simplest way possible, leveraging their strengths to align vision and energy to achieve their highest potential. The book supports team leaders to effectively lead their people and business through the ever-increasing speed and rate of change. Elizabeth is a PCC-level coach with the International Coaching Federation and has master's and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She is a certified Neuro-Transformational Coach (practical application of neuroscience in the business context) and Strengths-Based Coach. She uses the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team (Lencioni/Wiley), Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), and TKI Conflict Assessment in her work with teams. Prior to starting Elizabeth Moran Transformation and Forward Change Leadership, Elizabeth was the Vice President of Global Talent Development at ADP, and has also supported successful leaders, teams and transformations at Bloomberg, Lehman Brothers, Getty Images, Time Inc. and Gap, Inc. In addition to her experience in technology, fintech, financial services, publishing and retail, she has worked with leaders and teams from Fortune 500 companies in the professional services, pharmaceutical, energy, government and non-profit sectors.
