Hi! I shall start by throwing out some things I like. So, in no particular order: Reading, chocolate, writing, meeting friends, public speaking, purple. I nearly put films that make me cry but they and I have a love/hate relationship.... Now I'll throw out a bit about my books: My Memoir, 'Still Emily,' is, clearly, about my own life. When I was 16, I was diagnosed with a condition called Neurofibromatosis Type 2 (NF2). Subsequent surgeries have, among other things, rendered me deaf. I struggled to retain a sense of my own identity. As the title suggests, the book relates my journey and eventual discovery that, actually, I was still there. Still Emily, all along. My '30 Days Series' takes characters from the bible and writes a diary for them. I really enjoyed knowing these characters better - hope you do, too! The idea is to get to know (or re-get to know) the bible in an engaging, challenging, do-able way.
