As a visionary entrepreneur since the 1970s, Freddy has created start-ups in beauty therapy, aerobic classes, childcare and skin care. This wealth of experience sets Freddy apart from many women of her generation, and as a certified life coach, she helps professional and executive women to keep their lives on track through menopause. Living in northern England close to the Lake District, Freddy spends her days walking her two terriers and developing ingenious ways to engage women into beginning a discussion around menopause.
