Gina Vanderham, MA, CEC, LMFT, PHSA, SD, RCC, CADC, SAP She is passionate to help others in organizations recover from addiction with the help of their employer. Gina has been in Recovery for over 35 years. She has extensive education contributing to her expertise in mental health and addictions includes a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology with a Family Systems approach, Certificate in Consulting in Organizational Systems, is a Certified Spiritual Director, a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, A Certified Executive Coach, a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, a Substance Abuse Professional, Registered Clinical Counsellor, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Psychological Health and Safety Advisor. Her adjunctive education includes Certificates in Addiction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Certificates and Conferences over many years, , Mindfulness at Work trainings, yearly EAP and Addiction at Work Conferences for 20+ years.
