Gregory Serfer is a practicing physician in Central New York. He lives in the Syracuse area with his family and two cats. Professional interests include Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Addiction Medicine, Disaster Medicine, Medical Toxicology, Personality Disorders, and patient advocacy. Personal interests include writing, reading, travel, current events, sports, Medieval & Ancient history, movies, music, and spending time with good friends. In the summer of 2022, Dr. Serfer was awarded the COVID-19 Pandemic Civilian Service Medal by the United States Government in recognition of his notable efforts during the peak of the outbreak. "I Am Still Right Here" is Dr. Serfer's first novel; however, he plans to continue writing and publishing novels / books.
