"Pilates For Parenting: Stretch Yourself and Strengthen Your Family" (October 21, 2019) is for any parent or guardians who is looking for support and who wants to build stronger parent-child relationships, this book provides you with both. "Daughters Betrayed By Their Mothers: Moving From Brokenness To Wholeness" (February 14, 2018) is an intimate exploration into the lives of daughters who were wounded by their mothers and who chose wellness over victimhood. Their stories are a testament to the power of choice, perseverance, and resiliency. "Power Down & Parent Up: Cyber Bullying, Screen Dependence & How To Raise Tech-Healthy Children" was released July 2017. If you are raising "digital natives" and need some help, this book is a must! The 2nd Edition of "Breaking Through Betrayal: And Recovering The Peace Within" (January 2016) is a ground-breaking book providing the readers with a proven process tailored specifically for recovery from betrayal injury of any kind. For the first time, those who have experienced "betrayal" will understand why they have felt "confused", "worthless" and "powerless" and will be provided tools for "breaking through their betrayal" and restoring their mind, body, and spirit. In the 2nd Edition, Holli has added a powerful new recovery section on Relapse (or self-betrayal of any kind) and Shame. With empathy and accountability, readers will journey from "self-betrayal" to "self-discovery", leading them to increased hope and resiliency. Holli's extraordinary novel - "Another Way" - was released in March 2015. "Another Way" is a novel about young people engaging in at-risk behaviors and entering into sexual relationships before they are ready. Without judgement or condemnation but with compassion, "Another Way" challenges young people's current thinking about what is normal and wanting to fit in, and offers them a healthy path of self-discovery and empowerment. Although "Another Way" is for tweens to teens - parents, guardians, and youth leaders will find it a valuable tool in their respective care-giving roles! Visit Holli Kenley's website for more information and free downloads. Kenley was born in Ely, Nevada but spent most of her life in California -raised in the Central Valley and then lived her adult life in Southern California. She and her husband currently live in the Palm Springs area of Southern California enjoying the year-round sunshine.
