To all who know her, Ingrid Holtz is lovingly referred to as Wyatt Earp’s Peacemaker for her instinctive abilities to establish trust, diffuse volatile contention, identify root conflicts, and set couples on a structured, constructive pathway to healing and reconciliation. While she isn’t a Colt Buntline Special literally, she most certainly ‘takes no prisoners’ in her approach to confronting the myths, misinformation, and mistaken assumptions that plague and undermine healthy relationships. She specializes in customized, creative action plans, communication techniques, and step by step solutions because one-size-NEVER-fits all. The external and internal factors that influence, impede, or ignite relationships are innumerable while at the same time being unignorable. Ingrid understands every story, situation, and sadness is different, allowing her to genuinely empathize with couples and then empower them. She also works with professionals, businesses, and government ministries/agencies in relationship building, conflict management, and the art of compromising. Ingrid’s playful way of disarming even the most stoic or stubborn skeptic makes her trainings, workshops, and one-on-one guidance simply captivating and easily implementable. Originally from Holland, she married her university sweetheart and reports that, ‘I fall in love with him again about once a week.’ They’ve been married for 30 years and now reside in Florida. Great relationships don’t just happen with friends, family, co-workers, or partners. Relationships take work, but no one said you had to do it alone!
