Izzy Wasserstein is a queer and trans woman and a professor at a public university. She is the author of two poetry collections, the short story collection All the Hometowns You Can't Stay Away From (a Lambda Literary Award finalist), and the novella These Fragile Graces, This Fugitive Heart (Tachyon, 2024). Born and raised in Kansas, she now lives in Southern California where she shares a home with the writer Nora E. Derrington and their animal companions. Izzy likes scary movies, bad jokes, and hearing about your roleplaying character.
