J. A. (José Alberto) Luck is a is a #1 Bestseller author on Amazon; he is a journalist and an online entrepreneur with a humanistic approach. He graduated with honors from the School of Journalism Carlos Septién García (Mexico City). He has collaborated with several magazines and broadcast corporations from his country and abroad. He loves the interview, profile and biography genres. In 2005, he attended The Art of the Interview workshop at The International Film & TV Workshops in Rockport, Maine, USA (Maine Media Workshops) where he learned the 60 Minutes-style on camera interview from Barbara Dury (A 60 Minutes II former producer and Emmy Award winner). In 2006, he attended The Story Seminar with Robert Mckee (Los Angeles, CA). In 1999, J. A. Luck became a Buddhist practitioner; he has received teachings from Tony Karam, H.H. The Dalai Lama, H.H. The 17th Karmapa, Lama Khube Rinpoche, Alan Wallace, Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Matthieu Ricard, Tsoknyi Rinpoche, Gerardo Abboud, Ven. Khandro Rinpoche and Geshe Sopa, among others. Thanks to the Buddhist teachings, J. A. Luck could help his father to die in peace, at home, after a long struggle with cancer. Since that moment, the author committed himself to improve the lives of many people in many ways. Writing books is one way. J. A. Luck finished a one year program to become a psychotherapist within the Carl Roger´s Person-Centered Approach at the Humanistic Institute of Gestalt Psychotherapy (Mexico City). As a facilitator, he has provided workshops to individuals and corporations.
