I'm James Burrows. I'm a military and history expert, and my fascination with military history began when I was young, inspired by captivating tales from my family – one grandfather was a former POW who spent four years in a camp in Poland, and my great-grandfather fought bravely at the Somme. This ignited a lifelong passion for historical narratives. My expertise spans a wide array of topics, from the intricate battles of World War II to the epic sagas of Greek and Egyptian Mythology, the reigns of Roman Emperors, and the conquests of Alexander the Great. Through my writing, I hope to instil a curiosity and appreciation for history in today’s young minds, fostering a new generation of history enthusiasts. When not working or spending time with my wife and children, I can be found walking my two beautiful black labradors in the local countryside, pondering ideas for my next book!
