He returned to his community as an educator at KIPP Legacy Prep, even organizing a back-to-school drive for over 100 kids. Fueled by a desire to empower others, James co-founded "The Forward Thinkers," a non-profit connecting young professionals with youth and providing guidance on vital topics like finance, leadership, and mental health. Their conference featured prominent speakers across Texas, tackling diversity and success. But James' impact extends beyond speeches and workshops.
