I am an experienced real estate agent, investor, trainer, coach & mentor. I have purchased over 50 investment properties. I coach real estate investors and I have written two Real Estate Investing courses; one on Partnering and one on Lease-Options in addition to this book on negotiating. As a real estate agent, I take a “clients-first” approach; always putting my client’s needs before my own, and it shows in my results. Prior to my real estate career, I spent more than 15 years in the restaurant business, as a server, bartender, and manager; this is where I learned the value of serving customers at a high level. I live in Las Vegas and like to spend my free time sailing, riding motorcycles, playing poker, shooting guns, watching professional hockey & American football, and acting in local community theatre productions. I have traveled to Australia, Canada, Mexico, The Bahamas, Bermuda, The Netherlands, Belgium & Costa Rica, as well as almost all 50 US states. I earned the rank of Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and will soon earn my boat captain’s license
