Joan Hazel, a native of Corinth, Mississippi, is an accomplished opera singer and voice coach, turned writer and speaker. Her books range from contemporary romance (What the Heart Sees) to Paranormal Romance (The Last Guardian and Burdens of a Saint), to Spiritual non-fiction, (Your Guide Said What). Joan also writes paranormal romance under the pen name of J. E. Lezah. In addition to Hazel's artistic work, she is a Creativity Coach, Reiki Master, and Intuitive. She is also passionate about the protection of wolves and supports a variety of animal conservation efforts. Joan currently resides in Deland, Florida with her husband and fur kid, Ellie.
