Justina Chi BIO Justina Chichi, better known by her stage name Papergirl NY Infinity, is a Nigerian Irish American artist and songwriter. Also as an entrepreneur, she is the owner of Models Basketball League, and is working on pitching tv/film projects. HALFNOTE (1993) As a young teen Justina, went by the name Half Note because she was very petite. Half note competed in various battles rapping in New York and New Jersey where she received trophies and awards. Shirt kings introduced her to the legendary rapper Big Daddy Kane. She recorded with Big Daddy Kane as his protégé alongside with J.Z and was in negotiations for a recording deal with Arista Records under B.D.K ENT. (1994-­1996) PROTECT YA NECK/ Wu­Tang (1997­-1999) Growing up becoming young lady, Half Note changed her name to Infinity. She was signed to Protect ya Neck/ Wu Tang Records and was featured on the single “Protect ya Neck”. Infinity toured with the infamous rap group WuTang Clan opening up for shows up and down the east coast. Justina graduated from St. Johns University, Fives Towns College and finished her Bachelor's in Music Business Management at Monroe College in 1999. INFINITY (2000-­2002) Infinity went on releasing her single "Money on My Mind." She produced a theme song for Hot 97 FM Wendy Williams. She also competed in H.B.O Blaze Battle. It was then when she was founded by Tony YaYo and was recruited by 50 Cent to be a member of G­unit with Lloyd Banks. She recorded songs with Sha Money XL, but went on to start her own independent label Paper Girl Records. She also was endorsed by Johnny Girl Clothing and Benny Watches, which she released promo singles for both companies and was featured in XXL Magazine modeling for Johnny Girl Clothing in three issues. Infinity formed a trio group with rappers Saigon and China White named The Ambassadors. PAPERGIRLNY (2003­-2005) Then known as Papergirl NY, Infinity released many underground cds, and DJ Kay Slay, DJ Absolute, DJ Lazy Kay and many more also featured her on their mixed CD's. She also hosted yearly events at the Magic Convention with DJ Shogun and continued to work with him and his music partner Idris Elba. The popular actor Idris Elba who also produces, produced a UK track for Infinity called “Bad Chicks”. She recorded underground hits with platinum producers Kwame, Tyfyffe, Gordy Groove, Omen , and featured on a single with Black Rob for Bad Boy Records. She also worked under super producer Omen under Dame Dash for Rockafella Films working on "Paperboy" movie. She also released a “Best of Both Worlds” R&B and Rap underground cd with singer AC Smith. In 2004 she was found by Dwane Hump Hobbs, relocated to Houston TX and was signed under his label SuckaFree/Columbia Sony Records. She recorded with Producer Blue Note and toured with Lil Fip, until he left the record label. Infinity recorded a EP with her label mate Ms. Debonair from Memphis Tennessee. She continued to appear on mixed CD's, Houston’s Black and Single Magazine, Chop TV, Kids Gotta Eat TV, All Access TV, Street Styles TV, and What's Hood TV. She also participated in the infamous freestyle at the Wycleff Car Show with rapper Wycleff and Juvenile.  ATLANTA (2006-­2008) Justina opened three boutiques in Houston. She met rapper Z’RO and started recording with him. They recorded the deep underground song “Can’t be Dead”. Because of the issues surrounding Hurricane Katrina, she closed the stores and moved to Atlanta. In Atlanta she hosted the all white party with actress Stacy Dash. She also hosted charity event and pool party with New Orleans Saints Charles Grant. She also went on to produce the pilot “Why I’m Single” . She hosted pilots for “Stars on the red carpet” for Peoples Magazine with Revlon. She made an appearance with her cousin Tiffany Williams on Family Court with Judge Penny on Fox TV where they would become better known as "The Diva Cousins". Then she appeared as “Jet Magazine Beauty of the Week” for December 2008. NIGERIA (2009­-2011) Settled in Atlanta, Justina went by the nickname Chichi, which is short for Chineyere. She started to rap over Nigerian music and came familiar in the Nigerian music scene. She traveled to Lagos, Imo State, and Port Hacort Nigeria promoting her music and visiting family, along with her sister in Nigeria Aijay who is popularly known for her gospel and RnB albums in Nigeria. Back in Atlanta she met Keisha Cole's mother Frankie and was invited and appeared on the “Frankie and Neffee” TV Show on B.E.T. She produced a TV pilot with Frankie’s daughter Elite, called “Cribs, Clubs, and Cars” for Bravo/NBC. She founded her own Models Basketball Tournament. Her first event was in South Atlanta, and the second was in L.A during NBA All Star Weekend. She has since begun working on her Master's degree in Management. JUSINACHICHI_PapergirlNY (2012) Working on third Models Basketball Tournament in Atlanta. She bought her own music studio and starting writing pop, r&b and rap. Assistant to Shay Buckeey Johnson of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta. Sports and Hair column writer with Theresa Regis for Salon Digest Magazine. Produced TV pilot “ Music Family” featuring singer Cherrell, Brandi of Blaq, Deondria of So So Def, Elite Knowles, Sky Blu, and Justina Chi Chi as herself. MODELS BASKETBALL & HEADSHELL ENT (2013-­2015) She took Models Basketball to the next level opening up before NBA games with Atlanta Hawks, Detroit Pistons, Brooklyn Nets and Miami Heat. She has been working with film producer Snypes Murdock on documentary and tv show pitch for Models Basketball. As well as mentoring 100s of girls age 15 to 25 in various cities for Models Basketball. Finishing her second Masters Degree in 2015. She is A&R/Manager for Headshell ent owned by Idris Elba and DJ Shogun, their main focus is DJ Party Shows and Mix CDs. She, Idris, and Shogun have produced, written songs and mix cds. She has currently been working as a counselor at a University for the past 4 years. Justina’s goal is to continue to mentor young ladies using music, education, career, and basketball. Focus on pitching film/tv shows like her mentors Idris Elba and Stephanie Gail of Monami ent known for VH1 Love and Hip Hop shows. Justina is working with various producers to get tvshows/films on various networks, and managing up and coming artist in the LA and Atlanta area. LOS ANGELOS (2015-2016) Justina walked many red carpet events: Grammy's, Espys, Film Awards, and many others. She worked with 88 fingers keys and wrote RnB and PoP songs for singers. After a lovely time working in LA, she came back to Atlanta and talked to Legendary rapper friend about Hip Hop culture and the business. Thats when she decided to write books for kids and young adults so they can learn the culture and business. She also did a little cute skit with Positive K at a Big Daddy Kane Show "I Gotta Man" Justina not only knows the history but was apart of the Hip Hop history and more, so please check her out with more books to come.
