While leading a very fulfilling life as a wife, mother, and businesswoman, Kelley Sewell still always longed to pursue her dream of fiction writing. In 2017, with her fiftieth birthday looming on the horizon, Kelley realized she would always live with the regret of not finishing her first book if she didn’t take action. Once she committed herself to reaching this personal milestone, individuals came out of the woodwork to support her endeavor. The result is her first book, The Blind Switch. Kelley, a northern California native, grew up spending summers camping at nearby lakes and taking trips with her family to national parks across the country. An outdoor and travel enthusiast, she enjoys hiking and visiting new places. Kelley holds an English degree from UCLA and is a member of Sisters in Crime and Writers Forum, a nonprofit organization for writers in Northern California. She lives with her husband and two sons.
