Lotte Bowser was born in London. After graduating from the University of Nottingham with a 2:1 in French Studies, she worked in TV and music production before pursuing a career as a yoga teacher. Acting as primary caregiver to her fiancé Ben, and navigating her way through the subsequent grief following his death, Lotte turned to her social media platform to bring awareness to the taboo subjects of death, loss and grief, building a community of tens of thousands of followers. She co-wrote a digital workbook called Now What? A Guide to Navigating Life After Loss to support people experiencing bereavement. She has written well-being and lifestyle features for Women’s Health, ITV’s Woo, and Refinery29, and has featured in Harper’s Bazaar, the Express and the Mirror.
