Matt Kwan is proud to share with you his first published book. Matt is an avid meditator who has been meditating as an enthusiast since he was a teenager. His introduction to meditation started from martial arts and Qi Gong training as a youth and progressed to other experiences in Vipassana Meditation, Transcendental Meditation and Spiritualism. He started this book after having survived a heart attack which gave him the time to reflect on his life and what he could share with others. His hobbies are, in addition to meditation, are martial arts, fishing, off-roading and learning about crypto currency. Matt currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada.
