Prior to starting his own business in June 2020 , Marc Petitpas was with Dunsire Developments as President . Marc was responsible for achieving the strategic operating goals for Dunsire including all aspects of land acquisitions, development, homebuilding operations, customer care, sales, marketing and most importantly leadership of Dunsire Canada’s great team of professionals. Marc ensured the overall creation and adherence to all project timelines, overall quality of craftsmanship, health and safety of all persons, overall customer satisfaction, and the growth of the Dunsire team into a New Era based on a Strategic Plan anchored in Servant Leadership philosophies. Starting in retail, over his 20 year’ career in leadership roles with companies such as TELUS Mobility, Maple Leaf Sports Entertainment (MLSE), The Printing House, and Fusion Homes, Marc has lived by a philosophy and set of practices that enriches the lives of individuals, builds better organizations and ultimately creates a more just and caring world.
