Martin lives in Madison, Wisconsin. After graduation at Madison West High School, he studied at the Universities of Wisconsin and Michigan. He has traveled throughout the US, Canada, China, Europe, and Israel. He has been writing fiction for several years and has previously published non-fiction articles in Madison Magazine and The Sierra Club e-newsletter. Martin gets renewal and inspiration hiking in the Colorado Rockies as well as the mountains of California, Maine, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. He also enjoys reading, biking, sailing, and playing guitar. Deception, a collection of ten stories, is his newest book of fiction available online at Amazon.com, Goodreads.com, and in Madison at The Frugal Muse Books, and the Madison Public Library.
