Mat Zucker is a writer, podcaster, award-winning creative director, and consultant. Nearly 30 years in advertising and marketing, he has held leadership positions at Agency.com, Razorfish, R/GA, Ogilvy and Prophet. An early pioneer in digital marketing, Mat created some of the earliest corporate web sites, e-commerce platforms and brand podcasts. He currently hosts two podcasts: Cidiot, about learning to live and love life in the country; and Rising, interviews with fast movers in marketing, media and innovation, with Josh Boaz of Direct Agents. Mat writes regularly for Forbes.com and his work has also been published in The Bark, Chelsea Now, Content Marketing Institute, eContent, New York Press, The Forward, Streetlight, Marketing Profs, and many others. Mat graduated from Cornell University and lives with his husband Brian and their dog Nora Ephron in New York's Hudson Valley.
