Matthew Eric has been entrenched in the soccer world since the early 80's. First as a high-level player, then later branching into youth coaching at the grass roots level in the US. He spent many years recruiting top players across the southeast region to create multiple championship level teams from u9-semi pro divisions spanning nearly two decades. He has worked with players from a young age that are now playing professionally both domestically and abroad as well as NCAA Divisions 1-3. He also served on the board of a not-for-profit organization from start-up level and helped lead them to a National Championship both on the sidelines and by creating strong relationships with some of the best academies in the country.
