My aim is to inspire and help women to get into the best shape of their life. Encourage middle-aged women like myself to take back your youth and increase vitality, longevity, and well being. As a single, working mom of two, I understand the challenges life throws at you and the struggle to find time to take care of yourself. I’m here to equip you to take back your life and rock it, by being physically fit and mentally ready to do so! I am a native New Yorker, an NPC athlete with several years of dance and fitness instructing experience. My love for fitness began when I experienced to the Insanity program and further grew when I was exposed to the Shape Up America initiative where I had the opportunity to work within the community. As a certified group fitness instructor, my aim is to encourage and motivate people to achieve and enjoy a healthy, fit lifestyle with results. As a dancer, I combine my love for dance with fitness to create an enjoyable experience. I have trained at Alvin Ailey, Dance Theater of Harlem, and Peridance and has taught lyrical dance in NY, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. With a desire to expose youth to dance, I founded the Community Connects Dance Program and Dunamis Creative Arts School.
